Lose 14 Pounds in 14 Days
Want to lose Up to 14lbs in 14 days? Here’s a 2 week plan that could be successful, only you can do the work!
There are many reasons to be in shape, your reasons are as good as any, but you should know there are many medical reasons to loose weight too! The list of these reasons are below, if you are revved up and ready to lose weight, read on!

Where do you start? Right here! There is way too much information out there, so much so that it all runs together. The overly general advice is don’t eat anything after 6pm, do more sport related activities, don’t go out to dinner every night and make sure to cook more veggies than anything else!
If you’re like me this is totally unreasonable. My schedule is busy from the time my alarm goes off in the am to well into the night after work. The tips listed above are more of a long term goal, we’re in a rush and we can’t wait to lose weight, so here is a guide to help you along!
You want to lose those extra pounds one at a time, so let’s start by saying add extra water, protein and fiber. There in a nut shell is your fast acting, weight dropping guide. How do you use this? Surely you expected me to just drop you right off in to the deep end and walk away, right? Wrong! Start your day with an apple, some low calorie yogurt and an egg. The apple has 15 grams of fiber, which works like a broom to sweep out your intestines. The yogurt has 4-6 grams of protein and calcium in the 6oz serving. And the egg is pure protein. It’s ok to stock up on these three at breakfast. You want that meal to be the biggest one of the day!
For lunch whatever you are having add ½ a can of red or black beans as a side item. These beans have 25 grams of fiber in one can. If you split the can between two meals you will have increased your fiber in take. This is good, because you want your body to be able to stay fuller between meals, here you will have knocked out an additional 400+ calories of non-binge eating.
Eat extra apples between meals if you feel a little bit hungry, the fiber once again will come to your rescue and save the day! The fiber fills you up not out!
Water works to push the wastes from your body, if you drink an additional 30-50oz of water (throughout the day, not at one time) you will help your body to drop 5-6 pounds of water weight almost instantly!
In a nut shell these three things will work best for you, if you practice them daily. Try these tips for 2 weeks and wow, you will notice a difference!
Lose Weight on Your Thighs
Do your legs look heavy at the top? The best solution is to jump rope. The up and down movements of your legs create a friction that tells the fat cells to release. A weighted jump rope makes a better tool for this exercise. I have found using a kitchen timer is one of the easiest ways to keep track of how much time you have jumped. You should build up to 5 minutes a day of jumping rope. This breaks down into 5, 1 minute sessions. Easy enough! You can make a journal of the days you have jumped one or more minutes, by the end of the month you should see a nice change in the width of your thighs!
Do you exercise your thighs by riding a bike? Sitting down? The best results come from standing up. So, get up off those sit down machines and don’t you dare use a bike to tone those thighs!
Recently a study showed anything that makes you sit down is not natural; sitting down is constricting the veins in your legs and cuts down on the amount of oxygen that can travel between your heart and your legs. Sitting down then becomes less efficient when it comes to losing weight, toning and shaping up.
Jumping up and down works everything in your legs great. I recommend jumping on a mini-trampoline, the size you can purchase at Wal-Mart for around $30, depending on where you live.
My busy schedule does not allow enough time for me to go to the gym, even if I wanted to, I’d still have to squeeze something else out! The mini-trampoline allows me to have a gym workout right in my house at my time, when I am able to do it!
We all say “I need to lose weight“, if you are serious about loosing extra weight then try out the mini-trampoline. I usually do not have time to watch TV, but when I do, I use the commercial time to exercise. These 3 minutes is actually a cardio booster if you are watching a ? hour show, then you get roughly 9 minutes of exercise! Give the mini-trampoline about 10-12 days to see a nice change in your thighs!
